Cancellation by the Gaya Crafts

Gaya Crafts reserves full rights and control to cancel any order at any given time.

Cancellation by the Customer

If unfortunately you have to cancel an order within 24 hours of placing an order OR if your order is not shipped, we will try our best to assist you with the refund. In such case of order cancellation your refund will be processed through same made of payment and you shall receive the refund into the source where you made payment. The refund shall realization in your source may take time up to 5-6 working days.
We appreciate if you inform us as soon as possible in case you do not want an order, so that we do not dispatch the order and save on the courier cost and the effort. To inform/contact us, please send email via gmgayacrafts@gmail.com.

If you cancel your order before your product has been dispatched, we will refund the entire amount (in case of pre-paid order).

If you cancel your order after your product has been dispatched, we will refund the amount after deducting the shipping charges (in case of pre-paid order). Note that this applies in FREE SHIPPING OPTION also. This is because once the product is shipped, the courier company charges us the certain amount which we have to bare.

Return or claim

Please do not accept the order if the parcel you received is found tempered and contact us immediately gmgayacrafts@gmail.com. If you accept the tempered parcel from the courier, we will not entertain the missing or damage complaints.

Shipping Policy

We ship the order at the earliest we can; however, the shipment of the order depends of the pick-up by the courier services. Generally, we are taking 2 working days for preparing your order and shipping the parcel.

Please note that in case of natural calamities or some disaster where courier transit is disturbed, the delivery and dispatch may be delayed depending on the polices of the courier company.

If the dispatched order is misplaced or not located after being shipped, Courier Company takes the responsibility for the same and the case may take time up to their policies.

Once your order is shipped, we will provide you the tracking information. You may follow-up with the courier company website for tracking the parcel. We, however, work closely with our courier partners and ensure you the full support from our side as well.
